Ability Property Management has been retained by your Association to oversee day-to-day operations. The duties of the Property Management Company include responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintaining the financial records and the associations meeting minutes. They assist the Board of Directors with enforcement of the Condominium Documents and general overall administration of the policies established. The Association also hires third-party contractors to service and maintain the Associations common property. The Management Company directes and supervises these contractors contracts based on operating budgets, and guidance from the the Board of Directors.
